The chalkboards were translated into Arabic and Vietnamese to engage with the wider community. Inspired by Candy Chang’s project Before I Die, a global public art phenomenon that invites people to reflect on their lives and share their aspirations and dreams. More than 400 walls have been created in over 60 countries and in over 25 languages. Liverpool is embarking on a transformative journey to build a vibrant, new city and this is another way that the community can provide input and share their visions for our city.
A range of positive feedback was provided by residents with a focus on increased amenities and a safer city.
